The information in the web is very complete and precise, and having the bag's measures in the page to see if my uni belongings could fit was very nice. The payment process was also very confortable, and the shipment was also very good. I dont know if there is one and I didn't see it, but if there isn't, I would add an option to add instructions for the shipment company. In my case, I did had to call them to tell them where to come, and it would be nice if the page had a direct option for that.
