I emailed them to try to cancel as it’s not an obvious process on their website and they kept ignoring my request and offering discounts. On my fourth email I figure out how to cancel and emailed them to let them know and expressed my disappointment and their response “you’re very welcome, it’s been my absolute pleasure” USELESS!
