I’m not impressed. I found the order confusing, the delivery took a long time and I don’t think they work. I had previously bought the brand that they featured in the ads as less effective, and hadn’t found it to work so thought I was trying a new brand - however when my order arrived a few weeks later it turned out to be the same packaging as the product I’d purchased previously and when I queried it they said they had new packaging.

I’m really disappointed with their customer service. In the second month, they sent out my order even though I didn’t need it and tried to cancel it as soon as I saw the email. They told me it had already shipped, which wasn’t true — it actually shipped five days later. They said I could easily return it once it arrived, but when I requested a return, they kept trying to offer me discounts instead of processing it. In the end, they refused to take it back, and I was forced to keep a product.
