I couldn’t download the PDF.

I purchased this on September 16 at 16:16, payment was applied to my account, I received an order confirmation email and a follow up email with a link to the guide, however, it does not allow me to download, says that the file is no longer available for download. Order #1066, all attempts to contact have not been responded to, please let me know how to access my purchase.
