I ordered the Maria dress for my brother’s engagement but never received a confirmation email or order number. After several unanswered emails, they only responded once my event had already passed. They offered a complimentary dress, but I was ignored again until I complained. When both dresses arrived, the Maria dress was extremely heavy, and the Esme dress had a black stain. Terrible communication, poor quality, and very disappointing service. I won’t be purchasing again.
