The shipping was a mess...i didn't get any notice that it had even been shipped until the day after it was delivered. I was out of town so i was nervous for days that it would get stolen from my porch. Now, i am trying to request to return it and i have emailed asking for the address and haven't received response after 3 business days. The auto-reply email says that if i respond back to that email, it will put me in the back of the queue. There's no phone number to call either.

The admin team is very unresponsive. I sent a request to return for a full refund and when asked for additional information that I provided, they never responded again. I feel like it’s a stall tactic to make you wait past the 30 days and then they will not honor the 30 day money back guarantee it’s very unfortunate because I took a chance on this product and thinking that at least if it didn’t give me the resolve I needed that they would at least honor their 30 day money back guarantee.

Item stopped vibrating after 3 uses and customer service has not replied in 7 days. The reply email said it would be more than 24 hours because higher than normal email volume. With how short lived the product lasted I can believe they are getting A LOT of call volume! But 7 days is ridiculous!
