Your order system needs work. I placed an order and system said "system problem" and resubmit order. So I did. So, I had 2 orders shipped and notified you all about the problem of a duplicate order. Response was 'in the manner to be efficient, both orders were shipped. "You may return the duplicate order after receipt." Not a very good customer service response. I just decided to keep the orders because it's a hassle to return things. Need to train staff in the art of customer service.
