I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your parts and service. Just before Christmas, my Torquemaster spring broke on my garage door and I went to my local garage door company and they wanted to order the whole tube and everything.   (Or replace it with a conventional spring system and they would install it--I don't think they like to sell parts to do-it-yourselfers).  I was still a little unsure about replacing my own spring and the quality of the plastic end gears after 30 years of constant use, so I said go ahead and order it. (Without a price quote).  Being around the holidays he said it would probably be 2 weeks which I could live with.  After 3 weeks and not hearing anything I called and they said they would call their supplier and see where it was.  A week later I still did not hear from them.  I decided to try to do my own spring and ordered from you on a Wednesday.  I received it on a Saturday and installed it myself on Sunday.  I could hardly wait for Monday to tell the local company to cancel my order.  I also told them if they can't  get the parts from their Wayne Dalton supplier they should order from you!  That was unacceptable customer service.  I won't be doing business with them ever again,  but I will make sure if I have any problems with my other 30 year old garage door spring to come to you first.   Thanks again for a great save!

Poor shipping. I have been waiting over a week for my order and I need it badly. The USPS is a very slow means of shipping and I am still waiting for my item. There should have been an expedite option for shipping.
