A C4 belt was at the top of my daughter‘s Christmas list this year. Unfortunately, I ordered the belt on December 4. I then got an email with tracking saying my order had shipped. But in reality only the packing label was created. It was never mailed! It was probably sitting on someone’s desk.
I had to email back-and-forth with the company several times… The first time they told me that it was on its way. Clearly no one actually looked into it because it never moved! I emailed again 2 weeks later. And then finally someone acknowledged there was an issue that they would look into it. Unfortunately, here we are days after Christmas, and my daughter still doesn’t have her belt.
Bad service, bad recovery. Don’t know about the belt quality because I still don’t have it.
