Very unhappy with this company. I had to pay for shipping that C4 was at fault for. They put it in an overnight package and not a standard. Contacted them before picking it up at the usps and they said I couldn't return it because it had being personalized. All they did was refund the 6.99 shipping that I paid for at checkout. I had to pay the extra 23.30 in shipping that was their fault. I am highly disappointed in C4 for not resolving this problem! Will not buy again from this company.
