I would like to provide feedback regarding the product I received. Unfortunately, the toys are not suitable for our pets β€” they are very small, break easily, and appear to be of poor quality. In addition, I waited more than 20 days for the delivery, and when the product finally arrived, it did not work. I tried plugging it in several times, but it never turned on. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how to return the product and receive a refund.
