You could improve by giving peoples money back when they are physically injured by your product not once, but twice. The original pair burnt me and they replaced them which was great. Got the second pair and they are burning me as well and the response was, sorry to hear that but we can’t refund your purchase. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!!
