I had a really good experience with Katnipp Studios. Everything was super cute and arrived as expected. There was a small issue with the delivery, but they were really quick to reply and sort it out, which I really appreciated. Overall, they were friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with!

I want to tell that the team are very responsive to all my queries and concerns. And all items are soooo adorable and cute. I will shop again to this shop.

Unfortunately my sweatshirt got held up with delivery. Unsure what to do I contacted Katnipp directly. The quality of customer service was exceptional and the issue was resolved with no stress to myself. Dean was a superstar and I thank him for his help! I would definitely buy from Katnipp again knowing that the customer matters and things are swiftly dealt with.
