Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience.
The shoes that came were not the shoes I ordered. I ordered two pairs - one was supposed be a light brown and the other a light gray. When they showed that they has finally shipped I saw that they sent two grey pairs. I was going to cancel but they shipped out of China and there was no way to speak to a person to get the order fixed or just cancelled. The shoes took close to a month to arrive. They are comfortable but they fit small and toe area is not wide like they claim, and the soles are slick. The inserts I ordered are amazing though! I would order a pair each pair of my shoes but don't want to wait for the shipping.
