I'd worn Bright Footwear for about a year and was pleased with the shoes. Recently ordered a second identical pair which when worn caused pain in my left big toe. Measuring the length of the shoes revealed the left to be almost 4mm shorter than the right. I mentioned this in a review of the shoes about week after I began wearing them. Bright Footwear responded saying they'd soon be in contact to discuss the issue. Never heard from them.
