Love the strap it’s just hard to decide which one to get because they are all so beautiful but the shipping was fast after I decided on which strap to purchase and I absolutely love it. It was well packaged and came in a soft storage bag with instructions on how to take care of it.

Making an exchange or return is not as easy as it seems. You do not get the full credit that you paid for and the extra $7.48 that I paid for didn't count for anything because I still had to pay to ship it back. I only wanted to exchange the size, I kept the purse and I was still charged the full price as if I had only bought the strap. Very disappointed. I purchased another purse and strap but now I'm not sure what to do since the strap is too small. I don't want to have to pay extra money
