The shoes run one size small and they are not waterproof at all. They also look pretty bad after only a couple days. Since they are running so small (even though I did use the size chart) I wanted to return them, but I was offered over and over to please use a partial refund instead of returning it. It was so annoying that I ended up saying yes after getting a 50% off offer, but I did not really want to keep them. I kind of felt pressured because they did not want to send me a return shipping label. I heard from other reviews that this company is shipping from the UK and returns are very expensive, so thatβs why they probably keep offering refunds instead of just taking the shoes back. Very frustrating experience, very bad quality, so better stay away from this company.
