Easy, but did not care for having to return and wait on shoes that fit.

They need to tell customers that they need to order a size larger when ordering the winter boot. Make that really clear when ordering.

Easy to order came really fast.

Shoes arrived quickly, and this HIKE product was even better than described. Another excellent experience with Hike Footwear.

All except the last 2 I had difficulty using credits but there is great customer service to correct things

I did not attempt to return these as a friend of mine told me how she was told her shoes could not be returned for an exchange or refund.

Great people to work with and they follow up and take care of what they say they’re going to do

Customer service offered to send replacement which I accepted. I wanted to return but only offered 30% refund of the cost.

My notes had responses in the beginning but there has not been follow through with promised refund.

I would give it 5 stars but I had to deduct one star due to the sales technique used that doesn’t let you check out before tempting the buyer to spend more money with special deals. I just don’t like to spend more than what I have in mind to spend.

Hike Footwear is shopper friendly

I had a problem with a previous pair of shoes & they made them right, I was impressed, that is why I bought a 2nd pair!!

Easy shopping and Hike gives plenty of email updates regarding your order. A great company to work with and quality shoes.

We never received the items after many emails trying to get them delivered! I feel we were scammed!

What a joke? I would give it negative 5 stars if I could, this would be for the low quality of the shoe, and the bad customer service. I received the shoes, and they were such poor materials and not even a shoe really. Who could possibly wear this? So I returned them the very next day. But guess what? They must have had to be shipped allll the way back to China, and they received the shoes back, but denied my refund. So they kept my money, and the shoes that I returned the next day. No I do not recommend the shoes or the company at all.

Shopping online is simple and easy!

Scammer company false advertising these are not podiatrist or orthopedic nor are they for plantar fasciitis. These are thin as paper you could roll them up into a ball and they won’t return them. They will never give me the address and they refused my return. Big fat scam!

Once I discovered how to order the right size, shopping was easy!

Shopping is great, easy. Only situation I have is I'm told I have a credit, then when I order again and try to find/use credit, can't bring it up.

Arrived in reasonable time

Super comfortable shoes. Love the light weight and bare foot feel. Until I received your shoes I went barefoot most of the day. Your shoes give me that same free feeling walking outside but I don’t have to worry about the surface I’m walking on now. Fantastic
