Shopping experiences have been so-so. I've ordered a couple of different products. I've received the shipping notification e-mail.But then I didn't receive the product. When I checked tracking, it just showed that it shipped. I had to contact Bowmar to find out what is going on. One time, they had the product sent out the next day & I received it. Another time, they said it would be sent out in the next day. I waited & waited..still didn't receive it. Then rec'd an order cancel notice.

Sharp has been out of stock for months. Can rarely get immunity. No updates on restocks. Very disappointed in the company considering others don't have stock issues at all. Sadly most of my business has gone to those other companies. Sad because I've been with bowmar since their only product was PHC. You need to do better. At least have some transparency with your customers as to why nothing is ever in stock.

Over 70% of products are unavailable. Hard to sell and get used to a product if can't purchase it. I don't want to buy or subscribe to something I can't try for a month but If I don't, I won't be able to get for an indefinite period of time due to out of stock.
