The packaging was very good, but they are delivered by an ordinary courier and should be delivered with a courier that has a refrigerated vehicle.
You are told delivery is between 8am and 5pm so you have to be at home all day.
We had to rush back from a dental appointment or they would only deliver another day which would not have been wise as this was a food product and we could not risk them defrosting.

The parcel of packages arrived in a polystyrene cooler box complete with dry-ice bricks. The parcel had travelled for 3 days before arrive in St Francis Bay. The boxes were well sealed and the food packs were still solidly frozen. Most impressive.
