The website works. Information is clear with good processes. You need to be more explicit about local packaging and that items need to go into the freezer immediately so if a delivery goes to work, you need a cooler box. I do think that your video marketing with the women and dog is misleading with regards to packaging. I was very happy about the gluten free options. However, the actual product is disappointing. Ordering take aways is as convenient, tastier and costs basically the same.

Whilst I was very impressed with service delivery, I was a bit disappointed that of the 5 dishes I’ve tasted so far 2 of them (Chicken A La King and Beef cottage pie)were very watery. You could actually drain off the excess liquid on a normal plate. I had to serve it in a bowl. Otherwise, the flavour was fine, just needed a bit of salt.

Nice variety, delivered frozen almost on my doorstep. Relatively cheap and no time wasted on preparing food. It seems like the potions sizes has decreased slightly, what used to be enough for two meals (700 g) is now only 650g.

Loved the experience and the packaging. But the separate navigation between CapeTown/Gauteng/Other regions, isn’t ideal. It would be best for the system to gage which place is closest to wear I am. If I stay in Rustenburg, then the closest for me would be Gauteng, then you’d just charge me extra for out of region areas that aren’t in Cape Town or Gauteng.
