It's the need to order well in advance that really bugs me about ordering from FF, because I am always forgetting to do it. This is a "me" thing, and not a "Forever Frozen" thing, of course. I also had an issue with their payment provider at checkout, and while it was resolved, it did mean a less-than-stellar shopping experience. But the food is good, so I'm happy to endure whatever it takes to get it on my plate again.
