Sometimes the seals on the items are broken which is not ideal. Possibly from movement in the box while in transit. Especially if the box isn't full there is room for the containers bumping against each other and possibly loosening the sealed plastic sleeve

Communication was good and they delivered my meals during the holiday even though they were closed - and I was the one who made the mistake. Lovely service and very knowledgeable AI chat bot on WhatsApp. My meals didn’t come in a Styrofoam insulated box and I’m not sure if it was supposed to, but they were still frozen when I received it so there wasn’t an issue.
