The boots I normally wear like Garmont of the Nike SFB, or Vanz for that matter is a 10.5. For rucking, and work boots I normally do a 1/2 size up to allow for my foot to move around. When I ordered the 11's, I would say there is almost too much toe room. I would recommend getting the exact size you need, as it feels as if OTB has already compensated for the "extra" toe room we need. But great boot. Love the rocker, and fits like a glove.
