I ordered the wrong size and needed them replaced within a couple weeks for my AT, spoke with customer service and offered to pay extra for overnight and they sent the replacement for me with no charge. Best customer service. Only complaint is I’m old school and prefer talking on the phone to resolve issues because it’s quicker and easier but other than that excellent customer care. Thank yall!

I would say the website is confusing when it comes to sizing women. I actually had to return them once because no where except for a click down menu you will find out that is men sizing and that you must make an guestimate of what your size will be in women.
