The item was clearly not the same color as advertised. The strap is clearly beige, very far form gray. When contacting the company for a swap or return for this specific product, I was met with personal accusations, and a very poor costumer service. After a lot of emails back and forth, and me stating the European laws, the company still has refused a return. This matter will now be handed over to relevant authorities. I will never order form this brand again, extremely poor costumer service.
