I haven’t received my order and it’s been 2 months. This has hysterically been the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. I think they just pocketed my money and didn’t ship my pillow. The Christmas gift for wife didn’t come after ordering around the first of December. I’d be shocked if it ever comes at this point.

Customer service was great! It would be nice if you shipped directly to Alaska with the 1:1 scale but you were great about sending it to the different address I provided. The packaging was adequate and the pillow was clean and fresh smelling.
