Tracking info was lacking, and the was no approval process for the digitization of the song. Thankfully it all worked out, but I was very worried that the song wouldn't sound right and would have preferred an approval process. Shipping comes from China which I was not expecting and had me worried, especially about the duration of shipping. Again, thankfully, it worked out and the box arrived several days before my anniversary. From order to receipt it was about 18 days
