I had a bad experience with this brand. They refused to accept a return and allowed only an exchange, which itself came with ā¹200 charges per side (ā¹400 total) just to process the exchange ā an unreasonable and unfair policy.
Despite clearly explaining that I ordered the same standard size that fits me perfectly across all other brands, the team blamed me for choosing the āwrong sizeā instead of acknowledging an issue with their sizing or product fit. Even after sharing measurements
