The customer service was terrible. They were willing to exchange sizes for me but the process of trying to communicate via email was exhausting! The person seemed reluctant to reply in communicative sentences and preferred to used the least words possible which meant so many emails just to get a simple question answered. I really think that being polite and able to type a few sentences to answer a customer's question really shouldn't be too much to expect especially for a company that sells online.
