Easy to navigate the website and pick the items I wanted and subscriptions. Everything looks so cute and the quality is great. Hopefully processing time will get a little shorter in the future since it takes about 3-4 weeks before any updates on shipping.

With my subscription I have had a wonderful experience. Great shipping time and received my items quickly. I placed a separate order at the same time as my subscription and unfortunately have not received it and the tracking number is incorrect. Still waiting for a response from Hubman and Chubgirl as to the status of that order.
