Would love to be able to rate higher as the map mostly looks and feels great. However I ordered the flag pins which weren’t delivered, and there is a map piece which is warped and doesn’t sit flat. Haven’t heard back from customer support in two weeks and would appreciate a response/update. Otherwise my rating would be great

I never received the items I ordered almost two months ago. The items are shipped from Ukraine. Since entering the US, FedEx tracking shows the item is stuck at a distribution hub. I have attempted to contact the Enjoy the Wood company twice - through the contact page and chat with no response. This item was supposed to be a Christmas present. We are well into January and still no items. I can't review the actual items since I don't have them.

Ordering was straight forward. Took much longer to ship than I expected, especially because I didn't get a custom design so I didn't get it in time for x mas but not a big deal in the end. Would recommend ordering 3 weeks to a month ahead at the latest for when you need it.

Es war nicht ersichtlich, dass das Produkt erst produziert werden muss. Überall steht 8-10 Tage Lieferzeit, die Produktionszeit kommt dann natürlich noch oben drauf. Also lieber 4 Wochen Zeit einplanen!

The illuminated map is of really good quality, however what was NOT mentioned on the website was the lead time in order for the product to be delivered in time for Christmas. I paid £40 for delivery, which I considered to be quite a lot, on top of an expensive map. Only for the gift to be delivered on the 29th December. It took FedEx from 9th December to the 29th December to deliver the parcel. Apart from that the illuminated map is awesome. Please add a last date for Christmas delivery to website.

Finally received my map today, ordered it back in late November. First off, was unaware it was shipping from Ukraine, because your Instagram states Delaware. Second, it sat for two weeks with customs because the shipper failed to fill out a TSCA WOOD form as stated by FedEx. I had to file a claim with FedEx and they stated the seller should have filled this out, which they did AFTER I contacted them. Then when it was finally delivered, the map was fully disconnected from the frame.
