I purchase the items for my husband's birthday. The website stated that the items usually ship within 5-6 days. This is misleading because it is produced in Ukraine and it takes several weeks to reach customs. Communication was slow and not very clear. Love the products so it was worth the wait, but Communication could be more clear.

Il a fallu que je payes 18€ de frais de douane pour des cadres en bois alors qu’avec ups ou dhl je n’aurais rien payé. Il faudrait laisser le choix au client de choisir par quel transporteur on souhaite passer.

Unfortunately, the delivery of the map was delayed by a month. On the positive side, I received prompt information about the order status upon inquiry. Unfortunately, the map arrived damaged. Since the original packaging has been opened and the LED function tested, a return is not possible. Due to these experiences, I cannot recommend the product.

I ordered three maps as gifts. One arrived tardy. I tried to return it but customer service was unresponsive even after the holiday season. Finally the response was hold onto it or you’ll ship it back to Ukraine. I am and was very frustrated as the process was not transparent at all. I won’t be ordering from them again
