Love the product idea. I am easy going but extremely disappointed here! The shipping was tragic - we were sent a damaged return. The box was bulging with most pieces unsecured and damaged. Upon contacting the company, I am not satisfied with the response at all. Also, FYI there is no template to align the map. PLUS continents like Antartica are sized extremely differently than the map they provided vs reality! Key country flags are missing (despite paying $40 extra). SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!

Quite difficult to order in sterling. Most of all I dislike that the warning about import taxes not being covered was buried in small print about delivery. I bought a housewarming present for my daughter and son in law and then had to pay a third as much again in taxes. This should be highlighted in checkout. I would probably still have bought it but as it is it left me feeling very disappointed.
