They explained why it had broken (which was completely fair) and fixed the issue immediately. The staff I spoke to have been so incredibly helpful and sweet, I couldnโt be happier with the service received from LoveLox.
I never expected such kindness when I left my previous review, so Iโm truly grateful and stunned with how great the service has been. I had a deadline of the end of the week for my product to be fixed, and they sent it out the same day they received the broken one!!

After having to return my locket as it was beautiful but faulty as we could not turn the clasp to put my daughter's ashes in. An extremely helpful advisor returned my email with a message to say please don't worry. Return the locket and if necessary we will replace it. I was worried as it was engraved with a message for my daughter but I needn't have been as a new locket, complete with the engraving was returned to me 4 days later. I can not fault the service or the understanding of Maddie, who was so kind and helpful. I now have my darling daughter with me at all times.
