The photo printed on the canvas is not sharp and appears noticeably blurry. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering I paid $169.99 for the canvas and an additional $109.99 for the frame. For that price, I expected professional-quality results.
Due to the poor print quality, I am requesting a full refund for the entire purchase. The product does not meet reasonable quality standards.

It says 100% satisfaction guarantee. I tried to return it because I didn’t like it . They wouldn’t return my money. All I had done was open the box and look at the picture, it was still in the plastic wrapper, and they would not refund my money. Nothing wrong with the picture at all as far as the condition it was in. So there’s no reason they should not have let me return it.
