Purchased customized Mother’s Day gift and paid extra for priority processing. When gift arrived it wasn’t customized and just said mom. When called customer service they said they would remake it and make it a priority to arrive before Mother’s Day. Well it didn’t and to make matters worse she lives out of town. When I emailed my disappointment they reassured me they would get back to me to make matters right. Still haven’t heard anything back!
