It was a constant back and forth with customer service. It is a scam as far as I am concerned. It should have been stated somewhere that there was no texture in the picture. Worse part is I couldn’t return it—well unless I exchanged it for a more expensive picture. Funny how the pic was “custom made” for me and yet you would have taken it back if I bought a more expensive pic. Amazing.
