When one of my photos didn’t upload correctly the team reached out to ask for all the photos and names of the pups in order to make sure nothing was missed, I also had selected the preview prior to them printing and sending so I could make any adjustments if needed - I loved this feature but it was already perfect! - if and when we add to our fur baby family I know where to go for a beautiful portrait!
