I really like and wanted your product. I was surprised by the cost but figured it would be worth it. I ordered one from my Dad as a gift and one for me. It took over a month to arrive and what arrived in the mail is the wrong color. I have emailed two different email addresses for the company and cannot get any response. Disappointed with the overall experience even though the product seems good. I know it's a small company but not responding to issues/mistakes that are made is not okay.

Didn’t realise the purchase was shipping from the USA cost £32 in postage ! I incorrectly assumed that the nippers came with some method of attaching to the peak of a cap, mine didn’t! Just to compound matters the bungee I purchased to secure it in case it was dropped did not fit through the fixing point. I have not been impressed with the sharpness either. All in all an expensive and disappointing purchase.
