First I didn't hear another for a couple weeks so I email them they claimed they had emailed me a few times even though there were no email from them in inbox, spam or trash.. I finally got my order and my quartz carb cap was broken so I immediately went and fined a claim with them.... Waited a week and still nothing... Finally I called, talked to Liz who helped me and fixed the broken carb cap by mailing me another.. thank you Liz, if it wasn't for Liz I would give you 1 star..
