I got my order 5 weeks after I ordered (although I paid for 10-12 day international shipping) because they flagged my order as potential scam. I understand it happens, but they didn't refund the card or reach out. They kept the money and there was nothing, until I sent an email 2 weeks later. They sent a small bottle of castor oil as a gift, but castor isn't get for my hair. I asked about a refund for shipping, but they ignored my email and didn't respond. (Other emails were responded to.)
