Shoes were mediocre at best for quality, really hurt her feet. The return policy is garbage. Shameful really, in days of money back guarantee, and free returns. But, I'd this is the type of product you make, it makes sense to not have any guarantee or easy free returns. Should have read more about the slides and company first. Missed the warnings and warning signs.
