Fairly easy

Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong size shoes and was told I had to pay for return shipping. I was offered to keep shoes as a gift and a 50% coupon to buy more. No thanks! Will not buy again or recommend.

Too much money to ship back $10 — $15. It's half of what I paid for them, that are way too big.

Tons of great choices. Be sure to read the sizing chart, I made the mistake of reading 2Y as 2 year, 2Y is recommended for 7-8 years. Definitely get a matching family set and get all different colors, they clash very well with each other!

Took a long time to get arrive. Websites very confusing so many Knock offs of these slides.

Slow delivery

Easy to purchase…not easy to return. Was told to keep the shoes if I ordered another pair…how does that work if the style is just too wide for my feet…did not want more even at a discount….very disappointing!

Felt like a scam website, and payment and shipping didn't feel to secure, but order came way earlier than it said which was good!

The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I ordered a size 8 like I have with all of my other pairs and these ones are just running small and I’ve been trying for three weeks to get them exchanged. And now you guys have just quit responding to me because your resolution is for me to buy a brand new pair at 50% off Without acknowledging the $70 I’ve already spent. I’ve already spent.

Order has never been received

It took 3 weeks for these to get to me, and I ordered them two weeks before my mom was coming to town, and they still didn’t arrive. One week after my mom left, I received a poorly packaged delivery from China. The beige was literally orange, the pink was a bright pink, and the white pair wasn’t even made correctly. I had to use a razor and scissors to fix it. So so sooo disappointed and want my money back.

Order easy process. But Order never received.

Long time to ship and no return policy

The inability to return, and then have to buy a new pair is disappointing. I was emailed I would received a new pair and ever did 7 weeks later

I purchased the Cloud Slides Slippers expecting the ultimate comfort and quality as hyped in their advertisements, but what I received was a complete letdown. The quality is abysmal—cheap, flimsy materials that started falling apart after just a few wears. The “cloud-like” comfort they promised? Non-existent. These slippers feel stiff, uncomfortable, and nothing like the plush, supportive experience they advertised. It’s clear the marketing was pure exaggeration, if not outright false advertisin

Shoes are horrible and cheap. Wanted return but company does not allow returns and no refund.

It wasn’t bad but the sizing is falsely advertised. Please size up these slides run small.
