This company clearly doesn’t care about the customer. I bought 3 pairs two for myself and once for my husband. The band was too tall(large) for our feet and the width of the shoe near the toes was pinched and hurt. Length was spot on. A new size wouldn’t help. I asked to return the pairs and get a refund. They told me they’d charge me $15 PER PAIR to ship them back- when they could easily be shipped on one box for 5 dollars.
I’m extremely disappointed. These were a HUGE waste of money.
