Customer service has been non existent… After attempting to work with the customer service team, I was completely left on my own due to a discontinued response from the company. I was trying to make a simple return in accordance with the online policy, but the service team will not honor the policy and continuously provide an altered narrative. I am very close to reporting this company for false claims to make sure that others know of the misrepresentation.

I wanted to return the three pair that I purchased. After a few emails back and forth...I was offered to purchase another pair of shoes at a discounted price. Finally, I was told that I could send them back for a full refund but would be responsible for the shipping. I was warned that it would be costly. I was then offered a 50% refund The shoes were purchased for myself, Mom and sister. All three us did not like the shoes. I learned a lesson that I will not do again.
