Customer service is bullshit, have cancelled my subscription more than once bd they just won’t cancel it, they keep charging me and sending me out the product every month. I don’t want it, it’s crap. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

Fine. Things arrived as promised. I don’t think I received an email before the second shipment (although it may have gone to my spam folder) before it shipped or I would have cancelled before the second shipment. But the experience of purchasing etc was fine.

The customer service isn’t good. Beware the T&Cs. The “free” tub isn’t free and you will be automatically sent a second tub. I sent a polite email concerning a second unexpected delivery and charge of $80 and have had no response. You will keep receiving tubs and being charged and they won’t help you or offer any refunds if you complain so just be very aware. I think this is a by-product from sugar production and probably costs very little to package and produce so the company’s profits will be astronomical.

Not too bad but I appreciate you emailing me back the amount of times I’ve emailed you or message you on Facebook or Instagram. He’s never messaged me back so it would be good if you message your clients back.

I have asked to cancel as I anciently must have subscribed tryed to cancel it have messaged multiple times asking to cancel and no response money is still being taken out of my account not happy at all do not recommend.

Impossible to get in touch with the company. No customer service - I tried email 5 times, all social media and still no response. The reoccurring orders are far too often. The product itself - I haven't noticed any difference to my gut health. It tastes terrible! You cant mix it, it needs to be blended otherwise it just sits on top of the water. They have no idea how to deal with customers so it's a 1 star from me.

Please don't ignore a cancellation, a chat and an email about it and then just charge a customer again. .

Won’t reply to emails. Won’t give clear instructions on cancelling subscriptions. Take money deceitfully.

U took my money but no one can respond to my Emails even tho I’ve sent it back it’s bee recurved I have the tracking for it and no refund. I’m call consumer affairs on Tuesday and the the ombudsman
