I’ve only been using this for a few days, so it’s still early to judge the results. The adhesive on the pads is average — after a few uses I needed to add a little water to help them stick properly to the affected area. So far, I haven’t noticed much improvement, and I’m still experiencing golfer’s elbow pain.
