I understand that errors in production can occur, which is why if they are brought to your attention by way of proof in photos, you quickly and efficiently rectify that by sending out a new sticker instead of engaging in a friendly back and forth with no resolution

Placed order with current terms stating 5 days max processing and paid for express post on top. After a week of no commmunication I followed up and was assured it had been shipped another week later after following up multiple times without response my order was only shipped after I finally requested a refund. Overall the customer service / communication was terrible and I would not recommend to anyone based on my experience
