Only issue I was with DMing on Instagram about a restock. Had an automated message saying the team would respond within 24hrs but has not yet after a week. Luckily I had signed up for email notifications so was notified when the item I was after was restocked. Would've been nice to just get a 'Hey, the item you enquired about has been restocked.' but otherwise shopping experience itself was good; website has a very user-friendly design and the categorisation for each car model is very handy.
